Well for the first time in a long time we had quite a lazy weekend. Of course it rained all weekend here in Abilene so there wasn't much we could do anyways but it was so nice not having anything scheduled. We spent most of the weekend laying on the couch watching the Olympics.
We did take Haley school clothes shopping since it was tax free weekend. It was a mad house at every store that we went to but we survived. We managed to get out in the wet weather for a few hours and find Haley some pants & new tennis shoes to start off another year of pre-school. She won't be able to start kindergarten until the fall of 2009 because she has a late birthday. But Haley doesn't really know the difference yet and she is excited about her new pre-school class at the YMCA. She is going to have a really good teacher who is ready to get them ready for kindergarten. That excites me b/c I am not to good at the teaching thing. They remodeled one of the classrooms just for the 4years so Haley is excited about having a new classroom too.
